Effects like Present Windows and Desktop grid used to respond to the arrow keyboard keys and other keys for filtering. Now all keyboard input is still being sent to the focused window.

Please update kdelibs to at least r1160177, there was a breakage in it that affected this (and other things). If you can still reproduce with updated kdelibs please re-open.
