Status: RESOLVED NOT A BUG

Description logicman112 2010-08-04 17:00:39 UTC
Version: 0.9.2 (using KDE 4.3.2)
OS: Linux

When i see a pdf file by Okular, some lines are in blue colour and they show a link and if I press on them the control will be transferred to a new page.

When i keep the mouse on the link a small box pops out, saying for example: Goto page 67....This small box appears even if I configure Okular not to show hint and info messages. This box really disturbs the concentration and stops the person who is reading the pdf.

Acrobat reader changes the mouse icon, which is better, popping this kind of windows destroys the concentration and ability for a focussed reading. I strongly suggest to remove it or make it optional at most.

My pdf backend is 0.2.1.

Another bad thing is that it immediately starts searching after typing some words in the search box. It should not start changing the present page when the reader has not yet pressed Enter key.

Reproducible: Always

Please ask for one feature by one, not five in the same report, otherwise it is almost impossible of keeping track what is fixed and what is not
