Some brushes paint outside an active selection.

Duplicate
Hatching
Smudge

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Make a selection and start painting.

Actual Results:  
Painting should be limited to the selection.

Expected Results:  
These 3 brushes are not limited. I did not try MyPaint brush.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.32-gentoo-r7
Compiler: gcc

Fixed for smudge and hatching, not yet for duplicate.

SVN commit 1173130 fixes this bug for all 3 brushes
