Hi Francesco! Would you like to try smb protocol too? Is it slower than expected? Many thanks. Yes, when I download a file from SMB protocol with Dolphin the speed oscillates between 3.8 MiB/sec and 6.5 MiB/sec Thanks. Moved to KIO. Same problem w/ KDE's 4.5.2 Dolphin -- about ~2 MB/s with Dolphin, about ~11 MB/s with sftp... This is really annoying.
