This note descrbes following settings:
Nastavit Okular -> Zpřístupnění -> Barevný režim -> Převést na černobílou

The help is written:
Converts the document to black and white. You can set the threshold and the contrast. Setting the threshold to a higher value will result in darker grays used.

Threshold slider move to the left to the document color was darker gray.

It is customary that a higher value is left. Not right.
According to this sentence should be a higher value on the left.

The note should be written so:

Configue Okular -> Accessibility -> Změnit barvy -> Color mode -> Convert to Black & White
