Version:           1.13.3 (using KDE 4.4.3) 
OS:                Linux

When applying the layout change to "preview pane below message list" or "preview pane next to message list" KMail crashes. It does remember the change so next time it is launched the change is correctly remembered and applied.

KMail doesn't crash when setting other options but I haven't tried them all!

Reproducible: Always
