Version: unspecified
OS: Linux

One example is that although the affiliation tag has been deprecated, it has not been added to the list of "tags we do not use" and it would probably be good to mention on the book and bookinfo page that this tag has essentially been replaced by the personname tag.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to http://i10n.kde.org/docs - both The KDE Documentation Primer and The KDE DocBook Authors guide need to be checked for outdated information.

Just filing bug so this gets fixed, probably after 4.5 is released.

There seems to be a lot of duplicated documentation in trunk/www/areas/docs/doc-primer and trunk/www/areas/docs/markup.

Burkhard, wasn't the Documentation Primer updated in the meantime?
Comment 3 Burkhard Lück 2017-04-02 17:15:59 UTC
Primer was updated with https://svn.reviewboard.kde.org/r/7163/ and https://svn.reviewboard.kde.org/r/7169/
