Im using a Intel Mobile 4 Series Onboard Card with xf86-video-intel-2.12.0 driver

Effects in KDE 4.4.5 works fine but in KDE 4.5 RC2 and KDE 4.5 RC3 its just horrible slow (its very slow since RC3 with effects disabled too) and doesnt work properly

if i use the overview or scale or call it whatever function (that thing when you put the mouse in the top left corner and see all opened windows in a overview) i just see white windows with the description instead of the preview.

Also its very very very lagging and i really have to fight to get one of the windows in foreground.

Hi,

Same here (sluggish, white windows in exposé-mode). This was already on rc2- and now still in rc3.

Distribution: OpenSuse 11.3
Package-source: Factory Repository from OpenSuse
GPU: Mobile Intel® GM45 Express Chipset (Integrated)

this bug is a dupe, see the bug mentioned in comment #1
your gpu should be blacklisted as by now, otherwise please provide the required info.
