Even if window is set to "skip the taskbar" in "Advanced window settings", it is still listed in windows' switchers (Alt+Tab) - both classic and 3D.

Sorry for a duplicate.
I searched the bugs list, but found nothing similar. Looks like I was searching not hard enough.

WORKAROUND:
Edit "window-specific settings" and set the window preference "Accept focus" to "Force"-false.
