Description Ralf Jung 2010-07-22 18:30:18 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.4.2)
OS: Linux

When the first attempt to open the wallet fails due to a wrong password, the password dialogue is re-opened with the password already being filled into the line edit. That is not a good idea because since you naturally can not read what is written there, I am always manually clearing the line edit to be able to sanely re-enter my password. Please change KWallet to always clear that line edit when asking for a password.

Reproducible: Always

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.32-23-generic
Compiler: cc

Unfortunately, this somewhat annoying behaviour is still shown by KDE 4.5.1.
Comment 2 Ralf Jung 2011-04-18 22:08:02 UTC
KDE 4.6 did not bring any improvements either.
