In this message (found in kpovmodeler.po for documentation):

You can export a scene to &Povray; with the <menuchoice><guimenu>File</
guimenu><guimenuitem>Export Povray...</guimenuitem></menuchoice> menu entry.

Reproducible: Didn't try
