Version:           2.3-GIT (using Devel) 
OS:                Linux

1. add a lot of track to the playlist (so that you have a scrollbar)
2. drag a track and try to use mouse wheel -- it now does not scroll the playlist.

This makes it difficult to move a track from top of the playlist to its end.

Reproducible: Didn't try
