Description erik_hahn 2010-07-20 17:58:47 UTC
Version: 2.3.1 (using KDE 4.4.4)
OS: MS Windows

When Amarok is finished playing a track, it doesn't advance to the next one. It just stops playing

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add at least two tracks to the playlist.
2. Start the first one

Actual Results:
Amarok plays the first track, then automatically advances to the second one

Expected Results:
Amarok plays the first track and then stops.

Reading your bug description it seems you expect it to stop after each track... isn't that the exact contrary what you ask for initially?

FWIW, this is backend related, which Phonon backend do you use?

I got actual and expected backwards, of course I expect Amarok to advance. I use the VLC backend, with DirectShow the buttons work fine.

Now I sort of confused this bug and #245244 (which I think is related to this one). I can't actually test this with the other backends as mplayer freezes Amarok and DirectShow doesn't play anything.

Thank you for the feedback. This is a backend problem, reassigning. Could be related to bug 238791

Reassigning to the new bugzilla product for better bug tracing of the various
backends. Sorry for the noise.
