Version:           4.4.0 (using KDE 4.4.4)

(this is with konqueror 4.4.5 that is not listed)
konqueror used to have a filter bar in kde 3.5 and dolphin as one. This is a very useful tool, I still use konqueror as a file manager but misses the filter bar (what makes me still use konqueror, among others, is the ability to view file contents inside konqueror, and also the ability to split window in more that two panes)

It helps if you look for duplicates before reporting a bug, of course, but it's not a big problem if you miss one.
