Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
create an album with " in the name
for example :

restaurant "le saint martin"
then
album is created but the name is

something like that (in picaswebexport and picasaweb)

restaurant &quote;le saint martin&quote;

it must be :

estaurant "le saint martin"

then
launch sending photos to the album
then
kde gui is freezed
photos are not sent

you must restart X by Ctrl_alt_Backspace



Actual Results:  
can't use special symbol in picasa album name
if  using special symbol then album name syntax is not good
sending photo freezes kde gui
photo are not sent

Expected Results:  
can use special symbol in picasa album name
if  using special symbol then album name syntax is good
sending photo does not freezes kde gui
photo are sent

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.33.5-desktop-2mnb
Compiler: gcc
