Hi,
I'm figuring that sub-todos should show up idented relating to the parent todo. I think this used to happen and not happening anymore, so I think a bug might have shown up. I think the todos were shown in a tree-like style or something, with the capability to fold/unfold child todos.

perhaps you enabled "flat view"??

look for the flat view checkbox in the lower right hand corner in the Todo View.
