When burning, I get in burn dialog such warning:
* burner does not support burning at 4x speed
* switching burn speed DOWN to 700x

It does not make sense.

Seeing this, too. Could it be that "Kb/s" is meant?

SVN commit 1163931 by trueg:

* Properly compare writing speeds: use 0.5*speedMultiplicator as the minimum difference necessary for a message.
* Properly format the writing speed when informing the user of a change in the speed.
