When you maximize a shaded window and restore it, Kwin sets the size and positon wrong.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. shade a window
2. maximize that window
3. restore/unmaximize that window

Actual Results:  
Window doesn't restore size and position.

Expected Results:  
KWin restores windows size and position.
