I have a USB headset. Every time I plug it in, I need to re-select a master channel on Kmix so I can control the headset volume on my USB keyboard. 

This morning, by accident, I clicked on the "mixer" buton and Kmix crashed.

I reproduced it on the spot, clicking on "show mixer" after restarting. Not sure which of the crashes is captured on this report.
