There used to be a list of notes names/dates available on clicking the knotes task tray icon, this no longer appears. It makes finding notes a pain.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Click task try knotes icon

Actual Results:  
pop-up menu appears without note listing

Expected Results:  
popup menu with list of notes

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.32-23-generic-pae

status UNCONFORMED and severity NORMAL???? this is a massive hit to knotes useability because if you dont have the option to choose a note from the many a normal user can have unless you select Show Notes and splash them all over your desktop to find the one you're looking for KNotes is more a hassle than a a solution to anything... Perhaps people just wouldn't use KNotes as much as I do? otherwise it is hard to understand how this BUG (with capitals..remember that both mouse buttons are doing the same when clicking on the icon in the system tray) has gone through unaddressed and unnoticed by the developers on kde 4.5 from the first beta through RC2 ...and it might even make it to the final release. It is KNotes version 3,9 on KDE 4.4.93 and the problem is not distro related.

I have the same problem with kde 4.53 after upgrade kde ( kubuntu lucid ), however, after rename my folder .kde to .kde-old and coping the files in old knotes folder to new knotes folder, it seems to work well.

Well, this bug was confirmed, but it was set resolved fixed, maybe by accident.

In my case this bug appears only from time to time.

I haven't used knotes in a while, but I tested tonight and it seems to be fixed.
