Part 1: Make apps be closable in exposé view (that's the Apple name → "show windows" in KDE SC). I am thinking about a similar feature as there is in Maemo. 

Part 2: Now that the window previews the task bar are clickable, please make them be closable, just like in Windows 7 ;)

As it is possible to close windows in Present Windows effect (there are configurable mouse actions and one action is to close the window) I reassign to Plasma as thumbnails are controlled by plasma.
