Patch for GTC support

Version: 0.9 (using Devel)
OS: Linux

KDE networkmanager frontends (both knetworkmanager and the applet) still don't offer the option of using GTC as the inner authentication type for WPA2 networks. A patch has been written at http://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=38884&action=edit by Ravikiran Rajagopal since last year, and still works. It needs only to be committed to svn to resolve this issue.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Configure a Wireless Network.
Go to Wireless Security tab.
Select WPA Enterprise.
Use PEAP as authentication type.
Click on inner authentication.

Actual Results:
Only MD5 and another are listed.

Expected Results:
GTC is also listed.
