Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.3.5) 
OS:                Linux

1) In kde control center, go to personal -> default applications

2) select web browser

3) choose the web browser by clicking on the navigation button on the right. If you select internet->konqueror, the default component name selected is "konqbrowser", not "konqueror".

4) launch the KDE bug report wizard (say, starting from konqueror help menu) and it launches a konqueror window with an invalid URL, a local path like /var/tmp/kdecache-ndeb/krun/4024.0.wizard.cgi .

If "konqbrowser" is changed to "konqueror", then the KDE bug wizard launches konqueror with a valid URL.

Reproducible: Always


Actual Results:  
konqueror launched with an invalid URL.

Expected Results:  
konqueror, when launched, should have a valid URL.
