I do not know if this is a bug of okular or poppler.

Please have a look at <https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=605214> which has a file attached which is not displayed correctly by okular. There you find a screenshot showing the difference attached too.

open file attached to Red Hat bugzilla.
