Description Droebbel Melta 2010-06-14 14:13:37 UTC
Version: 1.3.0 (using KDE 4.4.3)
OS: Linux

Currently, when cropping all the image is shown with the cropped parts faded. At least for me, it would be easier if there was an option not to show the cropped parts at all.

Reproducible: Didn't try

The crop tool needs some polishing. Like possibility to change the surrounding color from light gray to dark gray/black. The possibility to "hide" outside parts could be easily be done then by using a background color. It would be a hack but maybe a good one?

I don't understand comment #1. You want to hide cropped region and show as well image outside the crop ?

If yes, what's the advantage of this behavior ?

The current behavior with 5.0.0 is enough and work perfectly.
