I am not satisfied with ksnapshot not grabbing the mouse cursor. I have added a fix for ksnapshot.

The code is heavily inspired by http://msnkambule.wordpress.com/2010/04/09/capturing-a-screenshot-showing-mouse-cursor-in-kde/ , thanks to Mayibongwe Nkambule.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just start ksnapshot.

Actual Results:  
No mouse cursor in grab (pixmap)

Expected Results:  
I prefer a mouse cursor, but it is made as an option.
