This time around I did not introduce other participants in the event, so there was no need to send any message. But still the application crashed. Most probably the error resides in Akonadi
Apparently the path for the Akonadi agents is not configured in XDG_DATA_DIRS. Lookout TEST #14. I was just modifying details about an event already existing in Korganizer. And after clicking accept, Kontact stoped responding.
