Changing the screen resolution doesn't keep the panel maximized anymore. This used to work with 4.4.5.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Change screen resolution with nvidia-settings.

Actual Results:  
Panel is less width then the screen width.

Expected Results:  
Maximized panel.

I'm using the 4.5 beta 2 packages for Kubuntu.

Is my bug report really a duplicate? If it is, then this is a regression from 4.4.5, because it used to work!
