Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.4.3) OS: Linux Transparency or at least fake transparency no longer works. KDE4 says it is doing effects but I think my gfx card just does not support it... so it would be nice to have fake transparency back. Maybe the effects thing should be reported as another bug, but I think my gfx card is just too old ('90s.) The fake transparency would be nice for people that still use these. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: try to select transparency Actual Results: KDE4 says effects are working, but transparency does not work, and in any case, fake transparency is now gone. Expected Results: transparency should work, whether it is 'fake' or not
