Version:           2.4.2 (using KDE 4.4.2)

I have a program generating lots of stdout output. After a while, konsole became extremely slow scrolling. I tested it in xterm, it's much much more faster.

Reproducible: Didn't try




OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.32-22-generic-pae
Compiler: cc

Uhm, any special font settings? Generally stdout output is _much_ slower than any computation.
