I hope this is the right product to assign to, if not, please reassign. I doubt it, as it is a problem with a component of system settings and it's reliance on the KDE wallet subsystem to store login details, as far as I can understand. But I'm not a KDE developer, so I can't be sure that the component doesn't use the attica Qt library and that the problem lies with that...
