I was writing an ISO to a DVD+RW. After I cklicked on »Start«, it asked me twice (translated from German popup):

DVD+RW found
A DVD+RW medium was found in <drive>. Should it be overwritten?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to burn something on a used RW which would overwrite its content.

Actual Results:  
k3b asks twice for confirmation to overwrite.

Expected Results:  
It should only ask once.
