Version:           1.0.0 (using KDE 4.3.4) 
OS:                MS Windows

The feature shortcut key isn't working.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the application -> Select Settings -> Select Configure Shortcuts...-> Select an action from the list -> Select custom -> type keyboard shortcut -> Press ok

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens. Exiting the menu and pressing the selected keyboard combination has no effect.

Expected Results:  
Exiting the menu and pressing the selected keyboard combination should trigger the desired action.

This is relevant of KDELibs. Shortcuts are managed by KDElibs in background

This is a Windows-only bug, right? It works on linux?

(I saw another report about Windows-only shortcut issues)
