Confirmed here with rekonq and arora (although the CPU usage for me only goes up to 50%). Therefore it probably is a QtWebKit issue, not a rekonq issue… I'll report it at WebKit's bugtracker, and post the url back here Thanks (In reply to comment #2) > https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39987 |
Version: 0.4.90 (using KDE 4.4.3) OS: Linux When you click "MakeTinyURL!" (tinyurl.com) and the page with the new tiny url is loaded, CPU usage goes up to 100% Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Go to tinyurl.com, enter an url in the text box ("Enter a long URL to make tiny:") and click "MakeTinyURL!". Actual Results: CPU loads at 100% Expected Results: CPU not going up to 100% usage, but a normal percentage and only while loading the page. If yo go back or close the tab, CPU usage goes down.
