OS:                MS Windows

When I have have pressed System Settings- Notification- Playsound and then When I pressed on the browse button, the sistem crashed and reported Division by Zero

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
System Settings- Notification- Playsound - browse button

Actual Results:  
Everything worked fine, I could upload a sound file

Expected Results:  
Everything worked fine, I could upload a sound file
