Expected results
----------------
a) the middle column of the three-by-three table should be blue

b) the right half of the table should be blue: "the blue box is to the right of the orange box"

Actual results in Konqueror 4.4.3
---------------------------------
a) the middle column of the three-by-three table is not blue; the middle column is white

b) the right half of the table is not blue: the whole rectangle is orange

- Firefox 3.6.3, Opera 10.10, Chrome 5.0.375.55, Internet Explorer 8 pass both of these testcases.
- Konqueror 4.4.3, Qt 4.6.2, Linux 2.6.31-19-generic i686 (32bits) and KDE
platform 4.4.3 here.
- In bug 240026, I said "background and background-color are applied to table-column and table-column-group elements in Konqueror 4.4.3." but that was not accurate.
