I'm working with lecture slides quite often these days. They always open with Page Width which is just about 3 % more than Full Page. So I need to switch to Full Page every time I open a (landscape) slide document (otherwise pressing Page Down moves a little less than a full page, which looks quite stupid after some pages).

Please, if the difference in zoom is less than, say, 20 % between Full Page and Page Width, let okular switch to Full Page automatically.
