OS: Linux

PC with K9MM-V mainboard video Unichrome S3. With Gnome eiteher with Mandriva or Kunbutu, no problem. With Kunbutu or Mandriva KDE4, no loging possible:the system return always to log screen.
To fix the problem, start under Gnome and remove 3D video effect; restart under KDE4.
A strange thing is that with PC_LINUX (KDE4)there is no problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Always with my PC and video Unichrome S3, with live CD or with OS on hard disk

Actual Results:
Unable to log or start the system

Bug only with S3 Unichrome video.

This is a problem with the Unichrome graphics drivers that KDE triggers. You should report this to your distro, so that they can forward this on to the driver developers.
