Confirming. No context menus with Qt 4.6. Context menus work with Qt 4.7, but IIRC SC 4.5 guaranties to work with Qt 4.6 and does not require Qt 4.7. Strange I'm using Qt-4.7 unstabled branch and I cannot get any right clicking going for me. According to openSUSE, this has been fixed dbusmenu-qt package: ".81 includes an updated dbusmenu-qt package which solves the issue of the systray not accepting right-clicks." Source: http://kdeatopensuse.wordpress.com/2010/05/28/week-21-kde-at-opensuse/ yes, sounds more like a too-old dbusmenu-qt which had a recent behavioral change (both it and the plasma support for it were unreleased, so such changes were ok). please update dbusmenu-qt and see if that addresses it (all apps and plasma-desktop will need to be restarted) I confirm this was fixed in openSUSE packages 4.4.81. But now, the context menus that were previously missing, appear with heavy flickering. Since this is an issue different from not being there at all, I will report this with a new bug ticket. |
