Test data created in ms office 2007
SOFTWARE VERSION:
  Kubuntu 9.04
  Koffice (svn version 1100620)
  Test document (MS excel 2007): me07_file_and_sheet_name_footer.xlsx

STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
  1. Open the attached document in MS excel 2007.
  2. Open the same document in Kspread.
  3. from File tab select print preview

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Header and footer should be visible
ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Header and footer is not visible when perform print preview
FREQUENCY OF OCCURRENCE: 
always
