SOFTWARE VERSION:
  Kubuntu 9.04
  Koffice (svn version 1037805)
  Test document (MS Word 2007): mw07_picture_border.docx

STEPS LEADING TO THE PROBLEM:
  1. Open the attached document in MS Word 2007.
  2. Open the same document in KOffice.
  3. Check for different borders for the picture in the first page of the 
     document. 

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
  Kword should be able to display borders for the pictures.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
  Kword is unable to retain borders for pictures in document.
  Pictures are shown without any border.
