msword 2000 test document to be opened in kword

SOFTWARE VERSION:
  Kubuntu 9.04
  Koffice (svn version 1017657)
  Test document (MS Word 2000): mw00_embedded_windows_media_player.doc
  
STEPS LEADING TO THE PROBLEM:
  1. Open the attached document in MS Word 2000.
  2. Open the same document in KWord.
  3. Observe the first page of the document.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
  KWord should be able to display inserted windows media player
  into the word document. ( As shown in MSWord 2003, see attachment
 embedded_wmp_msword_2000.PNG)

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
  KWord is unable to display inserted windows media player into 
  the word document.   
  Blank page is shown.

Observation: 
1.OpenOffice displays windows media player inserted .
2.In older revison 1007302, Kword was able to show windows
 media player inserted into the document

Observation (1096327): None of the converted testdata opens the document correctly. KO loaded OO converted data properly.

doc: Updated processing of text-boxes.

Seems that textId == 0 is a valid index.  According to test files prepared in MS Office 2003/2007,
the smallest index used == 1 (For whatever reason).
