SOFTWARE VERSION:
  Kubuntu 9.04
  Koffice (svn version 1007302)
  Test document (MS Word 2003): mw00_word_cap_position_dropped.doc

STEPS LEADING TO THE PROBLEM:
  1. Open the attached document in MS Word 2000.
  2. Open the same document in KOffice.
  3. Check for character "P" at the starting of the paragraph
     in the first page of the document.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
  Kword should be able to display "Dropped" word cap postion
  properly.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
  Kword is unable to display "Dropped" word cap postion
  properly. Text is shown in the next line after the letter "P".
  Distance from text is also not maintained.

Tested in 8288143b7c1f9f9005209b55b651875219b0e9d6,in this there is slight overlapping of the letter "o".

The problem is that the second glyph after the dropcap is placed on the dropcap baseline position.
