msword test document used to open in kword

SOFTWARE VERSION:
  Kubuntu 9.04
  Koffice (svn version 1007302)
  Test document (MS Word 2003): 3d_shapes_shadows.doc

STEPS LEADING TO THE PROBLEM:
  1. Open the attached document in MS Word 2003.
  2. Open the same document in KOffice.
  3. Observe the first page of the document.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
  Different 3D shapes should be rendered on the first 
  page of the document. ( see attachment 3 [details]d_shapes_shadows_msword_2003.png)

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
  3D shapes are not rendered in the document. Nothing is 
  shown in the first page of the document.
  (see attachment 3 [details]d_shapes_shadows_kword_svn_1007302.png)

ACTUAL OUTCOME FOR TESTDATA CREATED IN MSWORD 2000: svn rev - 1017657

3d shapes are not rendered in Kword.
Blank pages are shown.

Observation : None of the converted testdata showed the result. Crash observed when opened in koffice.
