All of these developers will have to file individual requests mentioning both their Gitorious and SVN account names, and make sure beforehand that the email addresses of their Bugzilla and SVN accounts match.

That's the only way we can establish a chain of trust for a request, as Bugzilla, unlike Gitorious, requires verification via a to-be-clicked link in a mail for email address changes.
