I was closing some Krusader panels using CTRL+W and got a crash with the attached backtrace.

i had many tabs open clothing all the left and then it crashed while clothing the first right panel. happened the third or fourth time. allways same behaviour.

krusader (2.2.0-beta1 "DeKade") on KDE Platform 4.5.1 (KDE 4.5.1) using Qt 4.7.0

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I was closing some Krusader panels using CTRL+W and got a crash with the attached backtrace.
this happened after i closed 3 tabs on the right side and one on the left.
i presses accidently CTRL+W another time too much with only one tab open on the left.
also i had a second krusador window open in the back
