I noticed during a build from latest SVN that the following warnings/errors appeared:
[ 47%] Generating ui_ksettingsreportsdecl.h
Warning: name label_2 is already used
'tabWidget' isn't a valid widget


Reproducible: Always

UI Fixes v0.1

This patch:
* Renames duplicate label;
* Removes unknown tabstop;
* Makes appearance of report settings UI more in keeping with rest of settings UI.
