On a window group, when switching the current tab, either with the mouse wheel or button, after two switches the whole group is unreachable. That is, it loses focus completely and, every mouse action over it goes to the windows below.

please check whether this is related to the state of
System Settings->Window Behavior->Window Behavior->Advanced, "Hide utility windows for inactive applications" (see bug #230043)
