A tool to dial using /dev/modem
The attached code works for me as a replacement for skype-action-handler; of course, it is not KDEfied, and it is customized to my location and tariff plan.
Steps to install:
make 'dial'
cp 'dial' "${HOME}/bin/skype-action-handler"
sudo 'chgrp' 'dialout' "${HOME}/bin/skype-action-handler"
sudo 'chmod' 'g+s' "${HOME}/bin/skype-action-handler"
