Description Peter Szabados 2010-05-21 17:04:36 UTC
Version: 1.0.0 (using KDE 4.4.2)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I have Kopete put in the autostart. When I log in, it automatically tries to open KWallet. If I type in the password, everything works fine. However, if I leave the computer before the login finishes, it will ask for a password even if I open KWallet. If I don't enter my password into Kopete, it will forget that the password was saved in KWallet. There are two issues:
- Kopete should wait until I open KWallet, unless I press cancel.
- Even if I don't open KWallet, it should try to open it next time unless I type in the password there.

The best way of reproducing the bug:
- Set Kopete to have the password remembered.
- Log out and back again.
- Open Kopete.
- When KWallet asks for the password, press cancel.
- When Kopete asks for the password, press cancel again.
- Log out and back again.
- Now Kopete will not try to open KWallet, but ask for the password anyway.
